Current project highlights:
Department of National Defence (DND) "Relife" contract
The Heavy Logistic Vehicle Wheeled (HLVW) fleet has been in service with the Canadian Forces since 1989 and is described as the 'work horse' of the soft skinned fleets. Replacement of this fleet has not been planned, therefore the operational life has to be extended 15 years. The HLVW fleet is distributed throughout Canada and is used in support of overseas operations. The units currently overseas will be shipped back to be part of this project as well.
Raydan refurbishing HLVW—disassemble mounted equipment and interiors to the frame rails, blast, paint, reassemble the body and chassis with new parts and finally, inspect, test and certify.
